When Calls The heart

Tillie x Cookie

Born 10/26/2026 Go Home 12/26/2026

We are happy to be carrying on our bloodline of well tempered, fun loving, and family friendly bernedoodles. It started in 2021 when we purchased our first bernedoodle, Liberty. She had 3 litters prior to retiring but her last litter we kept back our sweet Tillie. At only 30 pounds we expect some great things to come in small packages. This is her first litter but if her puppies are anything like we have seen in this line, you are in for a treat!

And thank you to Doodles of Buckhead for allowing us to use Cookie. He is stunning and brings amazing genetics and outstanding OFA testing to the mix. With his loving temperament and beautiful coloring we know this is a match made in heaven.

All puppies will have those easy to maintain straight or wavy coats. Expected weight 25-35#

Planned december 2026 Go Home in Feb 2027

Annie had the most beautiful litter her first time and we expect this one to be even better. After much searching we have chosen Bogey from Doodles of Buckhead. Bogey is only about 20 # and Annie is around 36. So we would expect puppies to be 20-35# at maturity. They are going to be the cutest things ever!

Both parent have gone through genetic and Ofa health testing to assure that we can produce the healthiest puppies possible. We make health and temperament our top priority. Then we look at color combinations.

Based on genetics we could have traditional tri-color, brown tri-color, blue merle, brown merle, phantoms and maybe even a surprise or two.

There may be a breeder selection as well. You will want to get on this wait list early to get the puppy you want!

Frequently Asked Questions About Bernedoodles

What is a bernedoodle?

A Bernedoodle is a cross between a Bernese Mountain Dog and a Poodle. This designer breed combines the gentle, loyal nature of the Bernese with the intelligence and low-shedding coat of the Poodle. This makes them wonderful family companions.

What is an Australian Bernedoodle?

An Australian Bernedoodle is a unique tri-breed combination that includes Bernese Mountain Dog, Poodle, and Cocker Spaniel. Adding Cocker Spaniel into the mix further enhances the already wonderful temperament and creates an even softer, more luxurious coat. This combination typically results in an exceptionally gentle, intuitive, and affectionate companion. Australian Bernedoodles are excellent candidates for therapy work and emotional support animals.

Do Bernedoodles Shed?

Bernedoodles are considered low to non-shedding, especially those with curlier coats inherited from their Poodle parent. While no dog is 100% hypoallergenic, Bernedoodles are an excellent choice for families with mild allergies. Regular grooming helps maintain their beautiful coat.

How big do bernedoodles get?

Bernedoodles can range in size from micro 10 pounds to Standard of 90 pounds or more. We tend to stay in the medium/mini range of 25-45 pounds. From time to time we may have some larger or smaller but we prefer this range because it fits with the majority of households

What is the temperament of a Bernedoodle?

Bernedoodles are known for their affectionate, playful, and intelligent personalities. They’re loyal family dogs who love being around people, are generally great with children, and adapt well to various living situations. They’re eager to please, making them relatively easy to train.

Are Bernedoodles good with kids?

Yes! Bernedoodles are excellent family dogs and typically wonderful with children. They’re patient, gentle, and playful, making them ideal companions for families. Their affectionate nature and moderate energy level mean they can keep up with active kids while also being calm and cuddly when it’s time to relax.
