Waiting List Contract
Section 1 - Fee
The deposit to the Breeder is $500 and is to reserve your place in line. When you pick your puppy, your deposit for your place in line will be applied to the price of the puppy.
Section 2 - Non-Refundable
PAYMENT for reserving your place in line will not under any circumstance be refunded. You may stay on this list for two years. If anytime during that two year period we choose to stop breeding, you will receive a refund on your reservation fee.
Section 3 - Pick Or Pass
We have 2 types of list. The Master Waitlist is this one for puppies that are either not born, or are under 4 weeks old. The other is the Litter Waitlist.
When the litter you are interested in becomes 4 weeks old, you will decide if you wish to be moved to the Litter list or pass and wait on a future litter. If you move to the litter list but then later change your mind and decide to wait on another litter, you will be moved to the bottom of the Master list. However, you may pass to a future litter for up to two (2) years at which time you will be removed from the Master waitlist and your deposit will be forfeited. IMPORTANT! Unless you move to a LITTER list, you will maintain your position on the MASTER waitlist.
When the litter you choose is 7 weeks old, we will call you to discuss available puppies and their temperaments, starting at the top of the LITTER waitlist. You will have 2 hours from the time you are contacted to make your choice so that we can move to the next person on the list. It is the Buyers responsibility to watch the website and be aware of the dates when they could be contacted , and be available to be contacted. If we feel that there are no puppies that truly meet your criteria we may ask you if you want to wait for a future litter. You will maintain your place on the Master Waitlist.
Section 4 - Pick Up / Delivery
The Puppy is the sole responsibility of the waitlisted person once the puppy is put in the possession of the lap nanny/part responsible for delivery. Please understand that we love to deliver our puppies, and we will if possible, but but we usually cannot due to taking care of other puppies and the parents. We can't leave town. Our lives revolve around taking care of the dogs 24-7. We appreciate your understanding, and want to make you aware there is a financial cost of getting your puppy to you. Safety is always number 1.
Section 5 - Pick Up Arrangement Deadline
We anticipate the litter will be ready to go home at 8 weeks. From time to time we may decide to hold a litter until 9 weeks if we don't feel they are ready. Please make arrangements to pick up your puppy by the time they are 9 weeks 3 days. After that you will be charged $40 per day kennel fee. If your puppy will be flying home please discuss arrangements with the Breeder at least two weeks in advance.
Section 6 - Pick Up Arrangement Deadline
The Breeder reserves the right to keep up to 2 puppies back for breeding purposes. The Breeder must be able to pick puppies that are breeding quality. We reserve the right to pick any puppy at any time. If we wish to keep a puppy for breeding, we will make our pick on the day the puppy turns 7 weeks old, or any day after that. We want you to pick your puppy at 7 weeks old, because that's when the weight charts are more reliable, and you know how big they will be and what they will look like. We also have more information about their temperament. All of this information helps determine if they are breeding quality.
Section 7 - Agreement To Terms
